Boss Bar and Spa requires a deposit of 50% of the service cost to secure your appointment booking . This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment time or in the case of a no-show no-call, including clients arriving 15 minutes past listed appointment time. If a deposit is not required to book, the card on file will be charged for 50% of the service total. The deposit will be deducted from the total service cost upon completion of your appointment. 2 cancelations or no-show no-call will terminate online booking options and require full service payment to book. This policy is in place to ensure that we can continue offering the best possible service and availability to all our clients.
